Booking with Tailored Moments is simple, collaborative, and designed to make the process feel seamless from inquiry to event day.

For full event styling, backdrops, and custom event details:

  1. Submit your inquiry form

  2. Share your event vision and what you need

  3. Receive your quote

  4. Secure your date with a 50% non-refundable retainer

  5. Design, setup, pickup, or delivery is arranged

For hand-painted banners:

  1. Submit your inquiry form

  2. Share your theme, colors, and event date

  3. Approve your design details

  4. Pay for service in full

  5. Your banner is created and delivered or shipped

**Important Booking Information**

    • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for event bookings

    • Banners require payment in full before production

    • Booking 3–4 weeks in advance is recommended

    • Rush availability is limited

    • All custom sales are final
